Teagu with the Shaners

These are some sweet old dudes I asked to take
pictures with us. They thought we wanted them to take pictures of us, which would be lame. This is far better.

Its the train. Thats all.
Overall a good day. I went and checked out the branch over in Taegu and I really liked it. Its a pretty decent. Ill probably end up going there from now on. The rest of the day was spent just chillin with Shane bumming around Taegu for a few hours until our trains came. Good times were had

When I ended my mission fours years ago we went to the Seoul temple. It was our last week in Korea as missionaries and I remember it as one of the best times in my life. I finally got to go back this weekend. It was awesome. So so very awesome. Thats really all I can say but it was really awesome. But as for travelling it wasn't very awesome. It rained the entire time I was there. But overall it was a decent trip. Nothing special but overall successful in my head.

Pictures

This is the street by my house taken from the roof of my apartment.

Inside my apartment.
My new lamp!!!
ANGELA HUR!!! What a great friend...

I went and bought stuff with my co-teacher today! What a joy... never thought kitchen stuff would make me so happy. I got a blender thingy which I'm pretty excited about. Oh, just got done with orientation. There are no pictures of it because it really kind of sucked. Never felt like there was anything worth taking pictures of except for when I didn't have my camera. BUT HOLY CRAP!!! when I didn't have my camera the best thing in the world happened.  We went to a school for a demo class and after the class we were told that the principle of the school was going to give a speech, probably something about the bright future for the children we teach or how we can have good relations with the teachers at our school.  But he didn't say anything. He just picked up this accordion from behind the desk and preformed old korean songs from the 60's for an hour. IT WAS AMAZING!!! He had the entire room wrapped around his adorable little finger. Best day ever for a very long time. I took some pictures with my friends camera and told her to send them to me. When I get them they will be posted.

Stuff happens. Dont worry about it.

Dani told me to post pictures. So I went and took some late at night. I locked myself out of my house. I'm a dufus. But then I realized I could break in through my window instead of hating my life. So I did, like a thief in the night. The next day on my way back from Seoul, late at night, I fell asleep on the train and woke up right after we passed my train station. I got off at the next station. The next train was in an hour and a half. I asked a cab driver how much it was to okcheon, my town. He said thirty. I said twenty. I paid twenty five. Then this morning I thought I would just casually just head to the head education office where we were meeting to go to orientation and probably get there a half an hour early. There ended up being a miscommunication and I got there half an hour late. They already left to the venue. I didnt know where is was. But luckily there was an old dude who had to go to the opening ceremony of the orientation who hadnt left yet. He drove me here.

Point: Prayer works. Ive been praying alot to see the hand of God in my life.
Pictures later.
